PINOT ROSÉ
Pinot Rosé from Stroblhof Winery reflects the diversity of our Pinot Noir vineyard sites. During the production of all our Pinot Noir wines, particularly the Riserva, a portion of the grape juice is carefully drawn off to increase the concentration and intensity of the remaining grape must. Our Pinot Rosé is created by combining these different portions of juice.

SOIL TYPE
Red clay soil with limestone and porphyry rock at Stroblhof, and predominantly limestone-rich soils in the other vineyard sites.

GRAPE VARIETY
Pinot Noir – a blend of clones trained using the Guyot system.
