PINOT NOIR RISERVA "R!TTSTEIN"
The grapes for this Pinot Noir Riserva come from the vineyards at Stroblhof. Situated at approximately 500 metres above sea level in the municipality of Appiano (Eppan), the vineyards have a south-eastern exposure. Only the finest grapes from old vines are selected and vinified to produce the Pinot Noir Riserva “R!ttstein”.

SOIL TYPE
Red clay soil with limestone and porphyry rock.

GRAPE VARIETY
Pinot Noir – a blend of clones trained using the Guyot system. Planted in 1985 and 1990, with an average vine spacing of 70 × 200.
