Situated at approximately 500 metres above sea level in the municipality of Appiano (Eppan), the vineyards have a south-eastern exposure. Only grapes from old vines are used for the Sepp Hanni selection. Careful grape selection ensures the highest quality, and the wine is bottled only in particularly good vintages.

This Pinot Noir Riserva is dedicated to Sepp Hanni, the former innkeeper of Stroblhof, whose pioneering work made a significant contribution to the reputation Pinot Noir enjoys today, both at Stroblhof and throughout the Überetsch region.
